HALLOWEEN ORDER NOTICE

It's that time of year again, HALLOWEEN! Please give plenty of time for your items to be designed, created and shipped to you. Take into consideration costume parties, school parties and parades are often a week or more before Halloween! WE ARE CURRENTLY APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS FROM THE TIME OF AN ORDER TO THE TIME IT SHIPS. THIS TIME WILL CHANGE AS WE GET BUSIER WITH ORDERS.

This adorable clown dress is made just for your favorite little clown!

• Made from 100's of yards of brightly colored tulle.
• Three layers of tulle.
• Top layer of sparkly fabric (not glitter so it doesn't fall off).
• Top is lined and stretchy for maximum comfort.
