HALLOWEEN ORDER NOTICE

It's that time of year again, HALLOWEEN! Please give plenty of time for your items to be designed, created and shipped to you. Take into consideration costume parties, school parties and parades are often a week or more before Halloween! WE ARE CURRENTLY APPROXIMATELY 4 WEEKS FROM THE TIME OF AN ORDER TO THE TIME IT SHIPS. THIS TIME WILL CHANGE AS WE GET BUSIER WITH ORDERS.

Features of this outfit:

• The top of the dress has a removable bib and satin ribbons for the shoulder straps.
• The skirt is made completely from tulle and has a hi-lo hem line.
• Hat is separate and can be purchased alone or with the dress. Hat is on two clips. If hair is fine or short just clip the clips onto a headband. Hat is discounted when purchased WITH the dress.
